Implementation and Co-creation

The Navigated Learning Collaborative partners in the USA are implementing and co-creating Navigator in a variety of ways, from K12 schools to the Department of Defense, corporations, and content providers.

K12 Lab Schools

Leadership Public Schools, Galt, Lammersville, and Val Verde School districts are co-creating Navigator by using it in their districts and providing invaluable requirements, design ideas, and validation.

US K12

Silverback Learning, Hovercam, and ItsLearning have integrated Navigator into their application to bring the full experience of Navigator, including access to curated open resources to their users. Together they reach over 2.6M users across school districts and charters in the US.

DoD Training

Gooru is working with Advanced Distributed Learning (part of the US Dept. of Defense) to provide an initial implementation of Navigator as an interoperable learning exchange.

Personal Finance Navigator

Next Generation Personal Finance is working with Gooru to develop a Finance Navigator to help individuals fill their knowledge gaps in personal finance.

Higher Education

California State University curates open-educational resources for higher education as part of its Affordable Learning Solution (ALS). Merlot is migrating all of its more than 88,000 learning resources to Navigator.

Workplace Skills

The US Department of Labor has developed skills training materials for over 500 courses and compiled it all under skillscommons.org. All of the skills courses are migrating to Navigator.
