We are so excited to kick off the back-to-school season with our outstanding Gooru community. As you are aware, the current learning environment presents some unique challenges and considerations. We at Gooru know the importance of supporting you during this time and we look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
Gooru’s staff continue to work hard to update our platform, support resources, and training practices to ensure that your experience is positive and productive. We have revamped our site to increase ease of use, streamline the user journey, and provide all stakeholders with actionable data. Additionally, we are excited to announce that we have released two new Navigator courses for K12: Science and English Language Arts.
Celebrating Two Of Our Contributors
Aja
Aja Minor is a global citizenship education advocate with over seven years of rich and varied experience in education. After receiving an MA in Anthropology, M.Ed in Education, and a credential in English Language Arts, Aja has worked with young people in after-school, international service-learning programs, alternative, charter, and public schools. She currently teaches with Fusion Global Academy and teaches and tutors independently through her business, A+ Educational Services.
When Aja is not working, she is learning Spanish, working on her edible garden, kayaking, and learning how to fish.
Sachin
Sachin Zope works as an Engineering Manager at Gooru. He is based in Pune, India, and has been associated with Gooru for 6 years. When he is not working, he spends his time on fulfilling and relaxing pursuits like reading, listening to music, and cooking. He enjoys connecting with people and likes to travel around the world to explore different cultures and cuisines.
